Not altogethor that ironic though. Good job, but if you made it longer it might be better.

Very ironic

A pretty funny idea, and it worked well. The sprite animation was good, the sounds were great, and it didn't drag on. It was short, and funny. I think if you have more ideas like this brewing in your head, you should put together a bunch of them, kinda like the Mario Mishaps you may or may not have seen floating around the site. They have some excellent ideas where Mario gets the rough end of the stick in certain scenarios. If you're familiar with these animations, you should consider doing one yourself, because this alone was funny.

For a beginner, not too bad. I actually understand what it means by "irony". Usually Mario would hit the block, but the block hit Mario!!! HAHAHAHA!!! Very good. Forget all the rivet-brains who gave you a low score. It could be better, but youre a new one, so I can't criticize you much. Keep working on parodies, and try to improve.

P.S. Sorry all you "rivet-brains", but give the guy some slack, would you?!

That is NOT irony, god..

You're the second genius today to mix up irony and misfortune. The incident that occured in this flash was just plain mean. That's all. So when you get in a fight with a kid at school, and he kicks your ass, that's irony? NO! Genius, you're a fuckin' genius.

Oh and as a side not, that was intended to be sarcasm, in case you mistook it (somehow) for irony as well.
