Great improvement from the former...

Looks good...however it's still rough...it's a concept you should keep working with. Quite dramatic...excellent choice in music...synced well with animation.
Glad you to heart some of the suggestions I gave you earlier last year. (pfft...not even a thankyou?)

Overall good...still a rough draft as far as I'm concerned...you should keep building on this...make it into a larger story...more in depth. You should make it into a series...this particular one can be the trailer and/or the pilot episode. Theres a message in there...but it's too individually interpretable. You need to make the message clear.
Anyways...it was great...gave me goosebumps.

Is this the future?

When you look at the world today, this is a scary thought of how the future could very well end up like it was in this animation. The graphics were great, the machines themselves looked very different (was their a reasoning behind them being so colourful, or was there some abstract meaning?), the tanks and rocket launchers moved very realistically, and the overall devestation of the city was frightening in that it looked so real. The music was of a great choice, and the overall message was strong. I hate to admit it, but this is what the future looks like - dark, grim and leading us into oblivion.

+1 bonus point for using my planet trick.

Hmm, this one was a lot more straight forward than a lot of your stuff. Still good though. I really liked the detail in the explosions and some of the vehicles.

Your stuff just keeps getting better, man. If I could think of something to improve, maybe it would be... modular characters? Characters composed of several pieces so it's easier for you to animate them smoothly.
