im gonna go with what he said, the first scene threw the whole thing off. just a sprite with the mouth moving isnt very effective 8/

the guy before me was right about your sprite animation- it's good. but if it weren't for the music i'd probably think this flash sucks.

Not horrible animation, but... bleh.

At least TRY to lip-sync a little bit. The sprite animation wasn't bad, until the sprite had to interact with another sprite, then it got pretty sketchy. Either way, it's hard to decide what to rate this.

Not too bad

I did find quite alot of faults with it though. I think I will list them for you.( this isnt meant to be harsh)
1. The sprites were really ugly as in they looked like two sprites were mixed together to make it.
2. The backgrounds were used over and over again.
3. The same sprite movie clips were used over and over again.
3. Barely any animation just motion tween and maybe a few different poses.
4. The lyp syncing was the same movie clip over and over again if I'm not mistaken since I saw no attempt at making it seem in sync.
But other than that it was pretty decent. I hope you can make something with those improvements next time :)
