I built this level editor because I couldnt be assed coding in the entire level (the level is tile based). The idea of the level editor is to save your made level as an XML file, then the actual game of Joey will read that XML file and display.
I have a working copy of Joey the Kidd. Its in its alpha stage.
I know there are major bugs in this release, but please be patient I am slowly working out the kinks.
To control the editor, you can scroll left right up and down with
A,S,D,W and u can scroll up/down with the mouse wheel.
Oh, by the way.. please let me know if ure load menu wasnt showing... flash became a bit weird lately and some commands refused to work.
Another thing... don't make ure levels TOO huge... the game engine can handle it, but the editor engine has trouble.. so limit it to ..... 50x50. If you own a faster computer than me, which most likely is the case, go KER-AY-ZEE (crazy)
Oh and one last thing... I designed this game to run off a gamepad, and I have the best gamepad program (just emulates the keys off the keyboard), so if you're interested, email me and ill hook ya up.
