Like the title says not bad. Although I have to say that it if this one gets to be on Newgrounds, it's because of the music. Now, I don't know many things about making animations, but these advices might be helpful. First of all, make it longer and more interesting, and add voices to it. Then I would try to make it have some kind of storyline, because that's what really makes a flash animation good.
The last piece of advice is that you should credit the music.
Well, I try to be helpful, don't know how you would respond though. Anyway, you did a good job on this one.

Actually If it didnt have the music (and the song is good) I would have blamed this, because there is nothing interesting about this flash. Also you should credit the audio.
