This could be improved. the animation wa sok actually kinda smooth, the volume seemed abit low though, and the backrounds were abit bland as were the characters aswell, its ok but can be better...

More detail like with the characters, eyes and mouths, and some backrounds would help more details showing more then just the lines...

Not too shabby
This looked pretty good. I suggest a few things can be done for the next episode. Firstly, as previously said, you should lose the casings from each bullet, but you've noted that, so I trust you'll fix that in the future. Secondly, the graphics look great, but the flipping needs to be fixed somehow, or at least have some more mobility in the body if possible, such as when they jumped. It didn't look right when they jumped without crouching first, or rolling over each other. Also, I think the bullets seemed to have entered and left at different places in the victims' heads. But apart from that, it was very well done, and I can't wait to see what the next episode has to offer. Keep up the good work.

A step above sticks...
This submission shows that you don't need sticks to beat a dead horse. Dodging bullets, shooting people, and doing acrobatic flips.
The matrix, in my humble opinion, created and destroyed flash movies for all time in its own special way.
But enough about that...
The police car randomly showing up at the end?
Ok, the guy takes out a gun that he apparently had the whole time and could have used earlier?
This flash made it through the blams somehow I guess, but I'm not sure how. It doesn't seem to offer anything interesting or unusual to the mix. It just repeats a few old bits and uses blob characters instead of sticks to do it. The sound wasn't bad, the blood effects were acceptable, and the bullet movement was tweened which is probably best. You could have tweened more of this though.
All in all, not impressive in any aspect.

Some good style. Obviously not much realism, but it has a Matrix weird quality.
Police siren would have been good
Make a background and I might pass it.
well i sortof added a background like.. a wall and a ground but i didnt add much detail into it because i wasnt focusing on the background as much... and i would have added a siren for the police car but i didnt find no good ones....
