Pretty good

Though most people know how to do this. I believe this is, for people who wouldn't know how to make a button, quite accurate and in-depth. Any chance you can make one on how to make that frame slider thing at the bottom?

I think it's great that your making tutorials for others.

Now, you don't get a five for a few reasons.

1) As you mention in your intro its not as clear as it should be.
2) You're demonstrating a play button. Put something in to see that it plays it. it doesnt have to be complex.
3) Background audio explaining what each step does would be nice. You have the steps listed out in a neat fashion, but you dont really explain why you take those steps.
4) When you re-ran the test movie, the colors didnt attribute to the same actions as the first time. Makes it confusing of which action down, up, over, and hit are.

So, nice work, but needs improvement to be really helpful.

You should add sound, otherwise it took almost no skill to make, besides a basic knowledgw of Flash. If everyones' gawking at your "sweet animation", I'll be mad because a program did all of it for you.

Anywho, it's cool, but if anyone tells you how sweet it is, and they ask you how you made it, tell them a program did it for you. ;-)
