Considering that this flash is five years old, as of this review, I say that it's pretty good. The english could have been better, but that's understandable. And, to finally clear up the issue, shinigami means "god of death." This is explained in Death Note. In the original Bleach, they're not called "soul reapers" they're called "gods of death." When it was translated, the wording was changed. The level of the english in this flash shows that the guy who made this is obviously not a native user of the language, so chances are that he's using the term used in the version of the anime he's seen.
