Scorched Earth: The mother of all games... and now, the mother of a brand new Flash movie! Wendell Hicken's classic projectile tank game comes to life (again) in movie form, featuring more surprises than you can shake a funky bomb at, in an epic battle that rages across the Earth AND BEYOND.

(And if you don't like this movie adaptation of the game, just remember that at least you didn't have to pay to see it like you did for "Doom: The Movie"! :P Eh? Eh? BOOYAH.)

Brilliant... The graphics looked pretty average at first but the style in which the whole movie took shape was so awesome with the 'Worms' like environment and background, that it fitted together really well. The selection of sounds and music you use are so well selected that it adds a whole dimension to your work - where you actually feel as if the music fits really, really well.

You have once again justified your inclusion in my favourite authors - great work! :D

Ahh yes, Worms was one of my favourite games back in the day... I bet there are plenty of "Worms" movies on Newgrounds (and other places) by now.

Back when I had a Windows 3.11, this was my fav game on it other than doom, which crashed often, and Dune2. MAKE MORE!

TmsT responds:

Doom on Win 3.11? Wow. May I shake your hand?

very funny

at first i thought, uh-huh... with the silly tanks firing on each other, but when the moon man jumped into that row boat, i couldn't stop laughing.
Nice job.

Better than I expected.

I did not expect it to go the route it did, well done! Every second it just got better and better.

you actually turned it into a movie, and a fantastic movie at that! Bravo, this is now my favorite flash.
