Scorched Earth: The Movie

Scorched Earth: The mother of all games... and now, the mother of a brand new Flash movie! Wendell Hicken's classic projectile tank game comes to life (again) in movie form, featuring more surprises than you can shake a funky bomb at, in an epic battle that rages across the Earth AND BEYOND.

(And if you don't like this movie adaptation of the game, just remember that at least you didn't have to pay to see it like you did for "Doom: The Movie"! :P Eh? Eh? BOOYAH.)

Good dream!

Classic game cool flash

I played it on the Amiga it was one of the best games on there and was fun for countless hours. You get 10/10 as the movie was also cool and i can see what you mean when it says made up as you went along lol :)

Well... certainly an odd tribute.

I had SE and Tank Wars back in the VGA days :) I remember fondly when I'd have like 4-5 friends over and we would play them. That said, this movie had a severe lack of Death's Heads and Napalm.

Na, I'm just kidding, it was a fun flash, just not what I expected. Now we just gotta get some Commander Keen up in here.

Excellent and Amazing!

Although i've never played Scorched earth, i like how you make it from classic to movie. Those flash makers should make classic games into movies like you. I've loved the first part classic, that guy on the moon has attacked! then the whole thing turned to emotions and love, this is a movie i'll never forget. Well done author, i'm going to give you a 9/10.

Man, this is just so fantastic. I've seen it a dozen times. Not that that's so much, there are flashes I've seen 50 times, but given that this one's so long and it's not a music video for one song, that's a lot.

But it just bothers me how Yellow threw the cow out of White's house as ammunition. What did the cow ever do to him? It was probably the cow that stood to the left and stopped the house from falling all the way down in the very first place. It was a good cow and deserved better than burning alive.

I'm really surprised this I hadn't reviewed this before.

Anyway fantastic, it's had a place on my favorites list for quite some time.
