The Truth with this one is simple, I got tired of trying to make good animations and all of them being rejected, from the input of the very users of newgrounds I designed a movie that had high file size and alot of colours....it worked, the users insulted themselves, so I decided if thats what they want, do it in the most entertaining way possible. If you don't get it don't worry, your not the only idiot in the world.

You are mistaken. Anarchy isnot lawlessness and disorder, more accurately it is a system in which all people have free will over their own actions and their contributions to different parts of society of which they have more of less interest in. Anarchy does NOT mean no rules, it means no Rulers. You should educate yourselves before bad mouthing legitimate politics of which you obviously know nothing. Do some reading, and educate yourself or remain ignorant. And stop getting your political definitions from the Sex Pistols. Martial law and anarchy are NOT the same thing.
As for the flash, the title sums it up. There ARE people who know what anarchy really means, these people are either Anarchists, or just generally intelligent people who have taken the time to educate themselves.
