Japenise?
Look man if youre going to use japenise language in youre animation then make sure they are related to the dialog. The japenise was nothing to do with thedialog. And also if you are going to use the jap laguage, make sure youre graphics are up to the standerd of jap anime.

Wherever is not important if the subtitles belongs to the voice. Who knows the japenise lenguage? Nobody idiot...and if you know it,SO FUCKING WHAT?!!!! It is a animation...the lenguage voice, are not the object of the animation...the important is the sensations or the meaning that you take from this if is not my meaning, ok men...but if the only thing that you can say about this submission is about something superficial and not about the important thing, the object, Then you are lost, but I am not.

i think i recognized some of those voice actors. give me enough time to go trough all 400 hours of my anime and i could find it but i dont feel like it.
while your idea was somewhat decent. for me, watching something that uses japenese audio ripped from anime and then incorrectly translated is just horrible.
