Pumpkin Yard is a flash where you have to smash the evil pumpkins. Gameplay is hurt by the fact that you slide around too much. If you added a shop that would allow purchase of upgrades, power ups, and new attacks that the replay factor would increase.

Pretty clever, and you were right, it is addicting.

Average

Well this is a rather strange little game. It's grid based and has you trying to smahs giant evil pumpkins as they grow everywhere. It's one of those type of games where you will lose, it's just a matter of how long it takes you so you try for a high score.

However, this game is rather boring in the fact that you are supposed to be a guy in a garden, but you control like you're on an ice rink. You can only move one direction at a time, and only until you reach a side of the area or a pumpkin. Then you can smash the pumpkin and move in a new direction. While this is a sound gameplay idea, the way it is implemented isn't that great.

Maybe if there was some kind of story mode, with different levels that has you trying to kill a certain number of pumpkins in a set time/before they grow too numerous it would be more interesting. With this however, there is no real urge to play agian after the first time.

Over all a good game.

I liked it a lot but as others have said in reviews I think the pumpkins come to fast to smash them all.
