Even though I am 'emo/scene/goth/whatever you wanna call it' I don't take offense to this.
People need to seriously realize that a lot of people joke around about emos because they don't understand us, and because they find us a strange sub-culture.
We are no diffrent that Athiests, or Jews, or Christians.
Some people agree with the lifestyle, some people don't, so they make jokes about it.
I personally think that our culture needs to build a backbone and stand up for ourselves rather than go shoot ourselves in the head for getting insulted.
