First off, No one seems to know for sure if Illwillpress is dead. If he is, then please show some proof. Otherwise it all looks like a retarded prank.

Second,
If he is dead, look at his cartoons. Is he the kind of guy that would want all these crappy memorials that will only not get blammed because no one has the heart to blam a memorial.

For the last freaking time, HE'S NOT DEAD! The person who started that rumor is a pathetic joke of a human being! This is the second FAKE TRIBUTE that I've seen on NG! (I've heard there's 3 of them). You know you're a great animator when other animators want you dead, because they're jealous of your talent! There can be no other reason! By the way, when you make serious-looking, fake memorial tributes (yes, you do get attention but...) you lose every shread of respect that people would give you!... I gave sound a nine because I like that song. It deserves to be in a much better short than this one! Actually, even a farting sound would deserve to be in a better short than this one!
