I started work on it a few weeks ago, and planned to finished within the day. It unfortunatley took a little while longer, then I put it on my website for a while. And now, it's headed to Newgrounds.
What's it about? It's Lurid von Hamwick's earliest known film. Back in those days the plot was simple: Villain, people in distress, trains. You'll see.

Great

Another neat silent filme! Whatever happened to the second one thugh? i can only find the first and the third, anyhow, great animations. Looking forward to more of these, keep it up!

-cd-

Maybe a little better than the Gangreene machine.

But the Gangreene machine sucked... Lucky for you I gave that a beatdown big enough for both movies.

THIS is what humorous Flash should be.

Purely absurd. There's nothing better than just sheer WTFness. So many funny things: the moustachioed villain, the static facial expressions, the way "NOOOOOOOOOO" just goes right off the screen, the film grain, the overstated exposition. This is just waaaaay too funny. I'll definitely be checking out the rest of your work.

((( COOL )))

Heh it was funny, allthough i did think the text screens stayed up abit long, i read it and was waiting for more scenes, not sure if thats how old style films were but it was ok, as for the content funny characters, and funny happenings, also nice touch on making it a silent film feel, anyways good work hope to see more soon...

I realized they were long. I have a few silent films at home -- and damn! I was going to have 'what's-his-name'-- star as the Banana. Oh well. I'll remember it soon, I'm sure. Oh, and sorry you were waiting. I could've added buttons, but it would have ruined the feeling. -- LON CHANEY! -- That's right. Anyway, if I make a sequel, it will have music to keep you at the edge of your seat!!

funny stuff

Nice parody of the silent film. The music was perfect.
My favorite was the shifty-eyed banana peel. Classic!

5SS-PsychoWiLL responds:

It was more of a tribute. Not really a parody. Yeah, lot's of people liked the Banana- I knew they would - so in it went, and I found a way to end the film, in a slapstick comedy sort of way.
