Channel 13 focuses around a newscast with some very interesting characters. Boomer, Maria, Jayson, Stan, Benny, and Ross "The Boss" Calloway.
Finally completed...took me nearly 3 months...got it finshed sooner than expected.
Channel 13 has a special 'DVD Like' look to it, which is something new from me.
Anyways though...watch Channel 13:

i like this cartoon i find it funny yet a tad to racey with the one comment. i like the overall toon yet with more elaboration in characterazatiom amd eye movement plus a little better sound i hope the next ep will be even better and look forward to it you should bring back craig kilborn tho.

My one criticism would be... I hate spoon-fed jokes, but the "ashley's mouth gag" could use a bit more explanation... at first I thought you made a mistake in your flash... but on the second one I realized this was meant to be a joke... perhaps if I knew who she was or gave a shit about pop-culture I might understand but I don't and I don't so the joke was lost on me :(

I like the Ashlee bit
because it was funny, (in a conan o'brien tv gag kind of way) but if you're planning on making more of these, I'd suggest putting more effort into the humor of the whole bit. But this has been better than a lot of the other submissions I've seen today.
