When this potty-mouth parrot observes an homely pedestrian, he can’t help but give her some constructive criticism. True, he may not be a rhetorical genius like the guy who first said “if you were my dog, I’d shave it’s ass and teach it to walk backwards” . But he gets the point across. This one is based upon a great joke told by ‘Jackie the Jokeman’.

Decent joke, it made me chuckle...
Huge ass load time, though... but maybe it was just NG lagging. But I did notice that you used full-detail graphics on the far-away shots (if you stop the movie and zoom in, you can see this...) when you didn't really need to. Could be optimized with much simpler images on those long shots where you can't really see any detail anyway... you might want to consider this in future works. It would cut down on the file size.
Good joke, though, but the timing at the end was a little off (something about the parrot sighing before he delivers his punchline... maybe ditch that?), and the pace of the rest of the movie leading up to that could be quicker. Overall very decent... I notice that you have mostly all 10's in the reviews, but the votes currently are only at 2.81/5.00... I wonder why that is?
