A Chuckle but nothing much more

A chuckle is what it got, not as funny as the other clock episodes I have seen.
Doctor was too hard to understand, and it probably could have run a bit faster.
Idea is alright maybe have a few more scenarios too..

For some reason the sound wasn't working all that well... I couldn't hear the doctor clock dude... and the background could use a touch up... but all in all.. it's pretty funny ^_^
