This is taken from a first person perspective so your feet are at the very bottom of the screen. So you are standing on safety squares when the bottom of the screen intersects the square.
Use 'm' to toggle music between the track a gaged heartbeat and none.
Use 'q' to toggle quality.

All I did was hold down "up" and I won. Even in "hard" I got quite far with that technique.

Pretty interesting but
I tried "resting on the red squares"..... No matter where I stood I still got hurt...... red squares are no different from yellow... hell stuff that isnt even THERE hurts you.
