Good:
That spinning 3-D background thing was cool although rather distracting.

Bad:
The end result sucked, just a tiny bit better then the example but not by much.
Sound lag is really bad in a flash and pisses people off.
Yelling at comments which say that this really didn't help at all is very bad.
White text is very hard to read unless on a black background.
I got a headache from looking at the background and the sounds.
The end result would still get blammed off of newgrounds, therefore you are giving false hope to the people who need a real tutorial.

Decent tutorial here. The advice wasn't all that bad, and I guess it could help an author to make something they made a little better.

First off, the filesize was really large considering this was a tutorial with only a few frames. The text could have been a little bigger, and that spinning thing in the background made the text pretty hard to read.
