Drawing bodies is the hardest thing I've done so far in Flash, and this guide on doing it is very helpful. This had a lot of details, but was still short and easy to understand. I liked how in depth this was, it really helped me. The custom cursor and the buttons looked nice, and overall, this is very well presented.

You could have gone into some more detail about the drawings, and done them more step by step in some parts.

this is awesome but i have to know WHAT PROGRAM ARE YOU USING. i wanna kno how u draw so good and was wondering if u could give me some extra pointers besides just ur basic lessons

ehm.. I'm using Macromedia Flash MX 2004 for the drawings. I draw with the computermouse only and well, I guess I'm used to it. There will be more lessons, but I'm taking some days off so I can do something else too :P
FEET!!!
You say hands are the hardest thing to draw yet you can do it...but when it comes to drawing feet, they arent nearly as good. So, i think that feet are harder to draw then feet....just fyi
