Not a bad tutorial. I like some of the effects that were shown in your animations. With some better application they could serve well in a complicated three dimensional scene.

A bit too simplified. You shouldn't tell people to end the animation on the 20th frame, as they should know they can change the framerate or the length of the animation.

the tutorial is good for people who want a simple way to get 3D objects, but it might become confusing to rotate it around other axes, and for complicated 3D objects, it's better to use a 3D engine
