This was cute, i like the "CHARACTER" and his huge head, haha great scene where he falls off the building, this character and flash has lots of promise, you should make more like in a series of some sort, this character has lots of apeal, anyways i hope to see more soon....

You seem like you have just started animating and i understand everyone starts somewhere but here are the flaws to this flash-1.hmm those look like the sample pictues that come with the computer and i suggest to use something else or create your own.2-the voice stops talking but the mouth still moving for like couple secs.but thats just me.. u can igonore my opinion but i doubt this is front page material..keep trying though.
