Bad accent, and bad super hero

first, better animation skills would have helped. and second, something along the lines of a simple plot would have helped also. i mean come on...a fish?

You know nothing about Japan... that was a Chinese accent my friend, and it scared me. The whole concept of a fish super hero reminds me of a character submitted to our anime clubs t-shirt contest.
