Stickarot is chilling under a tree, counting clouds, when he's suddenly attacked by Sticcolo...
I started this as a practice piece on movement & camera angles. At first I was using stick figures, but they got boring fast, so I came up with these guys & decided to make this short.
So here it is, I hope you enjoy it.
Up: w00t, frontPage & daily! All my love to voters & NG :)

For some reason, I really liked the background, and how colourful it was. It turned out really smooth, and was pleasing to the eye. The movement while they were fighting was kind of jerky, but as you said, this was practice for that kind of thing...

I liked the how when they fell apart, their body parts went flying at eachother. I wasn't quite expecting that, and had me laughing.

The sound effects were kinda meh, but that's not really important, and the music went well with the flash. It was in good time when the match guy was shouting.

The cow at the end was also really cute ^_^

Nice job overall, I look forward to your future work.

for a story with no guys did good

i know that there isnt any sense in this toon to begin with but , i gotta ask anyways....why a green match with alien antennas?
:::scratches head::: other then that one question i cant get out of my head, ya done good , great graphics, nice little fight scenes,,,you know what would be cool, a game based on this.
something to think about.

cherrorist responds:

It's the DBZ (google it) parody, so the green guy (Sticcolo) acts as Piccolo (google/images). I am thinking about a game, but first I think I'll chill and drink beer for about a week.
Thanx 4 the rev dude.

Was this all done in flash, or did you use another programme to get it looking so 3D? If all in flash, that's amazing. I particularly appreciated the shadows and the 'outer space' moment.

cherrorist responds:

All Flash xcept for those clouds over the planet - that was Photoshop. I did use Sham Bhangal's V-Cam script for zooming and shaking, but that's still flash.
Thanx for your comments.
