bleakly funny, bland and harrowing, this video is vvvveeeerrrryyyy depressing, an extreme version of black comedy. It looks at the dark side of calmness and tranquility, for when one is overly tranquil,everything can come crashing around them.The sad fact is that at least once, everyone has sat quietly in despair, wondering why they were put on this earth, hoping they will find a reason, a point for which they were put on this earth. who has not had a time, whether it was a second or a week, where everything seemed so pointless that you would masturbate in front of a bible, or leap in delight when the doorbell rang. A flat look at living, distressing beyond the point of humor.

This video is similar to Salad Fingers, yes, but it is so much more. While Mr. Firth focuses on the dark sides of human nature, forcing us to see things that no one should ever have to see and somehow making us laugh, this video reveals to us ourselves. Who here has not sat alone in a room wondering what it is you were supposed to do? Who here has not leapt up in delighted surprise at an unexpected knock on the door? Who here has not masturbated to a holy book at some point in your lives? This video is not a simple show-you-freaky-things-in-a-strangely-funny context. This video is about life. No. This video is about living.

That was....just....a blatant ripoff of you know who. Not even close to being messed up enough for me to be effected by it. Avoid this style like the plague if you truly want to be unique. Sorry if I sound cruel, I just don't see the art in copying Firths style.
