The game was fun and challenging. I wrote a walkthrough (very poorly) for those having trouble.
1) Pick up conch from beach.
2) Go right, enter house, talk to lady.
3) Take fish
4) Go back twice (to the beach) then go the other way up the path
5) Go into town.
6) Go up, then right to the farm.
7) Enter the outhouse and take the TP roll
8) Look at the pen in the back
9) Go into the building and take the grappling hook.
10) Go left - take note of the time (430) - and take the glass/jar off the sink
11) Get the spatula from beside the stove.
12) Go back into the town where the shops are
13) Use the spatula to lift the coin from the street
14) Go up the stairs and find the dollar.
15) Go back downstairs, then up, and up again to see the elder.
16) Give the fish to the dog. Go in and talk to the Elder
17) Go back to the Dollar Store. Buy the dildo.
18) Go back to Sandra's house and give her the dildo. She will give you a crowbar.
19) Go back to town, up the stairs to the pool, and use the crowbar on the window.
20) Take the cigarettes from the shelf. Click the clock and set it to 430, grab the breast pump.
21) Take note of the map above the blocked door - this is the map to the caves, but you can't take it.
22) Exit and go to the Pawn Shop - give the cigarettes to the girl there. She will give you gun powder.
23) Go back to the Elder and give her the gunpowder or the TP roll and she will give you dynamite.
24) Go back out of town and go to the observatory. Put the dynamite on the clay wall. Go up.
25) Enter the caves - left, up, up, right, right, left, up, left, up, left, up - and you're out!
26) Use the grappling hook on the branch. Click the rope to go up there.
27) Enter the building.
28) Use the crowbar on the white locker, take the key
29) Go downstairs. Get the gear. Go back down and put the gear in the gondola. Now you can get up and down without going through the caves.
*NOTE: You can use the coin in the telescope, put water in the furnace downstairs (use the cup on the well), and solve the puzzle upstairs. I didn't do this, as it's optional, so I don't know if there's anything else to do there
30) Click the gondola to go down. Go back to Sandra's hut and use the breast pump on her.
31) Go back into town to the Dollar Store and give her the breast milk. She will give you the hand cannon.
32) Leave town and go to the crossroads where you see the gate. Use the silver key on the gate.
33) Go straight ahead. Go to the left and see the robot Goliath. Use the hand cannon on him
34) Go straight, talk to Wendel, then go right until you see the pipe.
35) Click the pipe, and go in. On the shelf you will see a bottle with a purple stripe on it - it's laxatives - take them.
36) Go down and out the pipe, and then follow the arrows back to the farm. Feed the laxatives to the bull, then take the poop.
37) Go back to the gate. Every time you need to use the gate you'll need the key.
38) Go up, left, left again until you see Wendel. Give him the bull poop.
39) Go left, into the mouth, and straight. You will find Rina here.
40) Back out of there until the "Mushroom Grove" sign. Use the knife to cut through the moss on the right.
41) Go down the steps and give the conch to the crab.
42) Now you can go out, and take the slight right to the volcano. Enter the volcano and follow the arrows to Rina. Talk to her, and pick up the flame thrower on the left-hand side.
43) Go back to the Mushroom Grove area and use the flame thrower on the brittle branches to the left.
44) Go down, and to the left to see the thatch. Use the flamethrower on the thatch and collect the battery.
45) Go back to the Mushroom Grove sign and enter to the left. Talk to the guy and answer his riddles

46) After his riddles are answered he will give you an engine. Go back to the plane where Rina is. Outside the plane, attach the right engine to the plane.
47) Go inside and put the battery in the contraption at the top. Talk to Rina and she will tell you Terra probably has the key - a gold ignition key - somewhere.
48) Go to town, and go up the stairs. Keep going up to the pool and back to the street until Terra is there. Once she is there, rummage through her clothes to find the gold ignition key.
