I may not use either of the programing lanuages but I think that this is what NG needs.

Unfortunately you made the text very hard to read. The oval tool buttons is a little cheap. And I hate to say it (because I think they're really cool) the default gradients look very noobish and give you a low score by default.

I'd say I have to give it a five, but from the looks of it this is more then you get from a lot of people.

I'm about to look at your second one.

I think for NG you should make one with AS, just because NG is a flash site. Could you use AS2 for me please?

This doesn't teach you anything

This would have been a great tutorial, except it doesn't teach you anything about programming. It teaches you how to COMPILE programs, and doesn't say anything at all about actually MAKING them!

this tutorial wasnt that properly draw and had lots of typos the material was not that bad but its put in a boring way the music was sort of a distraction (yes i hate rock) the useful links was a nice touch but fix it up a bit next time needs work

It has the basics, but isn't quite there.

As a young programmer myself, planning on going into programming as a career, I have to say that the tutorial was not useful. You did not explain what a lot of commands did, the background was horrible and the sound just got on my nerves.

I'm sorry, I just plain disliked this.
