This is my first tutorial, it is to help people who want to make simple shooting games. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to get rid of the outline on dynamic text boxes. I hope you enjoy it and please leave helpful reviews.

You can use CS3 for making games, I have CS3, you might be doing something wrong but it is possible. My advice is not to use actionscript 3.0.
Actionscript 2.0 always works better for me.

I think this is really only half done though.
It needs to have an end to it, like a timer or a certain amount of enemies etc.
In your example, when an enemy goes behind the score, it is not click able, instead it highlights the score.
Showing how to make more levels and stronger enemies would also be a good idea You should make another whichexplains these points.

it helped me out a bit, but that music was AWFUL! seriously, it made me unable to use your tut with the sound on my computer
