the animation was mad choppy. try increasing the framerate.

Ok, it was good animation. The only problem was the lighting. Dude are you even using a lamp? LoL well neways it wuz cool. I tried to animate my action figures but they kept falling down. Can you tell me how you didn't have this problem

He bent at the waist so I had him hunched over a little bit. But I didn't use anything extra to keep him up.

DUDE! YOU ROCK! The first part wasn't that great but that guy doing the robot WAS AWESOME and funny.
It's a good start, make some more; you can only get better... hopefully.
