I would suggest that you use tutorials and there are looads here in newgrounds just type what you need in the top and it should show.

This is a small cartoon I made. Halfway through I realized how incredibly bad I suck. Someone please have mercy and help me figure out how to make something look I didn't just shit into a paper bag and hit myself with it.
