How about a...
pair of walls that close together and crush him, (optional spikes.) A laser that slowly cuts him in half? An explosive dummy? A remote controlled bomb? Proximity mine? Internal combustion pill? A dinosaur? Acid? Lava? Poison gas? Fire/ spike pits? Steam roller? Combine harvester? Rabid maneating cows? Robo-monkeys? Giant ants + picnic food? Clowns? Clowns and explosive balloon animals? Beavers that chew through legs? A rack that stretches him? Chinese water torture? Drills into brains? A giant tunnel digging drill? Itchy clothes that detonate when scratched or taken off?
Explosive food? Giant robotic spiders? Bees that have harpoon stingers? Dogs that shoot Bees from their mouth which shoot harpoons?
One of these has to be good enough!!! (I voted 5 by the way! :D)

how about a grinding machine that they get dropped into, or it rolls over em and grinds em into pieces.
