that was some creepy shit but I loved the music and the carecters were wierd as hell but yet there was somthing about it...

that movie was creepy, the strange creatures and the repetitous music like as if something was going to happen but didn't, yes a mentally ill child would smile
reminiscent of KoKo the Clown w/o being derivative
I was reminded of the cartoons of my childhood with dancing cows and dishes without the normally accompanying melancholy. Those artists also self-medicated with the sweet nectar of God-given elements, thus the skirts worn by the cows and the very life of the dishes.
