Ok, I will be totally fair on this...
I heard this would be a good flash, so I checked it out, and I see no cops, no bullets, just some dude going into darkness... did you resubmit this? This sucks, terribly. Resubmitting your original flash would really up your score, and may respark your flash popularity.
And enough of the bad english, no one's impressed, and no one ever will be.
A couple problems
Lemme start by saying that the animation was awesome. I haven't seen that kinda 3D effect before and it rocked. But there's a couple problems with the ending.
First of all, there's no way in hell that the rest of the cops wouldn't have opened fire on the dude after he dropped the first cop. They wouldn't just stand there and line up in alphabetical order, waiting to get smoked.
Your second problem is with the number of shots fired. There were way too many shots for it to be just 1 clip. It woulda made more sense if he gripped up 2 pistols on the way out.
Other than that, excellent movie.

Ha! I'm guessing you're about as black as a Yorkshire Coal-Miner (interpret that as you will), but that matters not a jot. THIS was a good flash animation. It had it's own style, and a very good one at that. This is the first flash where I felt that it was filmed by a physical cameraman rather than an animator. The 2-D drawings not only felt as If they had four dimensions, but owing to the crooked style in which they were drawn, felt real as well.
I can complain only about the human characters besides the protagonist (who was drawn and animated in a hugely effective style. Loved the eyelids). The cops and the shopkeeper were flat in more ways than the obvious, and did not feel like a part of the movie, a shame, that.
Use of sound was good, and was well followed by the animation. I would gladly see more of your work.
The only problem with originality is that you can't just crank it out.
