everytime i've watched this i'm both drawn in because of what that guy is doing with the machines and music, and I guess the plot of it

I truly enjoyed the animation in this flash. It was well coordinated with the music. I could also see a lot of meaning put in this flash, such as what the power of music is able to overcome and enduring love/friendship over time and distance. You also had a great, expressive imagination to think of this animation to accompany the music. Thank you.

good story

What I took from it : An old man trying to save his wife from a crash on mars with (song tie in). I really liked the music, even if it was obviously not pro mixed.

As a production piece it's not mtv quality, but it would hold up as a web exclusive music video for a band of any popularity. The story was definatly great.

Review of Toast of the Century

I have just watched your fine flash animation, Toast of the Century. The graphics were extrodinarily rich and clear and that brought the animation score up to an 8! The style was very clever and creative and I brought that up to speed with the animation by giving it a 10. The sound was unfuzzy and catchy in a sweet, tangy way, and therefore I would give you a nice 9/10. Of course, there was no violence and no interactivity (that I could see). The humor was hidden and there were only a few common jokes. Overall, this is a very enjoyable flash animation, nice to watch like on a snowy day with hot chocolate or something. Great work!

I encourage you to keep working at flash, you're very good at it!

good flash, not too sure about the music though, i like its kinda of older flaming lips sound though
