More effort is needed.
The animation itself is very choppy and very very slow. In the case of style in this flash, "less is more" is not applied. Simple things are not always appreciated. Especially if it's not done well. The sound was very irritating and repetitive. Try using something else or don't use those SFX at all. You seemed more interested in filling your animation with quantity and ignoring quality.
