It's the dramatic conclusion. If you haven't read my comic, which you almost certainly haven't, all you really need to know for the main movie is that Megaman is fighting Dr. Wily, who happens to be using the same mech as Robotnik used at the end of Sonic 2. In the hidden extra bits, you might need to be a little more familiar with my webcomic to completely get it, but for the most part, this movie can stand alone.
So what do people have to say about this animation? Good? Bad? I hope it's good. It took me a while to make. At least I enjoy it.

I based his voice on the old American Megaman cartoon. Dr. Wily had a similar accent and stuff there. I like the kinda German mad scientist voice.
