Somehow the guy reminds me of Kurt Hectic of MDK.
Catchy soundtrack though. I believe I've heard it in one Hentai Snake game too.
First thing to note: This is not the final version of Alloy, this is a score based mini game demonstrating the game engine.
Alloy almost made it as a GBA game, but was ultimately shelved. We revived the whole idea and came up with a pretty advanced game engine for a flash game. After putting in a ton of killer fighting moves and combo systems, we realized we had a cool score-based game already and opted to release this arena game before we finished the full version. The score system rules and there are 8 additional records you can compete for. Load it up and have fun, this is just the beginning...

An Absolute classic
Also, We still need to know who composed the theme song for this game

Alloy: Arena just hit its 20 year anniversary - and is still fun to play!
Take control of Alloy, Newground's iconic robot-boy, as you shoot, drive, and brawl your way through wave after wave of a variety of increasingly tough opponents in this arcade-style arena game.
With its colorful art style and simple but addictive gameplay, this classic Newgrounds arena game is reminiscent of handheld Gameboy Advance titles from the same era. Recommended.
Today marks 20 years since Alloy Arena was created, one of the few games telling the story of this remarkable Newgrounds hero.
