This is a cartoon i made about Bill Clinton I found the wav and thought it was kewl. Its short and stupid but oh well.. Check out my other movies, and vote for me!
I miss Bill
I couldn't tell if you spliced in Clinton himself talking, or if that was voice acting, so you at least have that going for this flash. That's really all it is though, just Clinton talking for a couple seconds with a picture moving, and that's it. Really nothing to it, even though the voice was solid.
Funny after you hit replay a couple of times.
And besides the movie is like a decade old so who cares anymore? Sometimes a little poorly made old movie would'nt hurt anyone once in a while.
So yeah, good for a cheap laugh.

Haha this was amusing the talking clinton was funny made me laugh here and there, you could make this longer and with more jokes and such.
