First of all, “Q” toggles quality. “Medium” is standard, but even then my 1.6 gHz lags a bit. If you have something more powerful then 2.2 gHz, high quality will be OK.

This toon was my hobby for one and a half year. It was making some scenes, and remaking them couple of months later… several times (now I know Flash this way :-). Nevertheless the idea managed to survive. And the idea is what the story is about. Not about fancy graphics or sound, but of fate and sorrow (karma? :-) Please watch and try to realize what I mean…

Hey, maybe this cartoon will end up at the serious collection ;-)

P.S. Informative comments are warmly welcome.

One of my earliest memories from Newgrounds was this animation. Must have watched it dozens of times in those early days. Still a lot of little techniques and good shot composition on display here that impress, as they most certainly did back then. Thought of it recently and spent an hour digging up my old login because I couldn't enter a search term to save my life that would bring it up, and knew I'd have it favorited.

Hour well spent.

Dear Maud-dib,
Same story here - I've got blocked from the email account tied to my Newgrounds login about a decade ago. When I finally managed to sign in - your message is the first thing I saw.

Thank you for remembering this naïve little thing. You made my heart feel warmer.

I was amazed at how good this was! I wasn't expecting that much. The animation was just amazing in this! My only complaint was that it didn't make much sense. It mattered little, but it was still tons of fun. I just love how much movement is in this.

Yeah, I'm afraid of needles too. Or maybe you're not. I just like how it resembles CGI. This guy just moves around in such a three dimensional way. It's a great technique.

amazing but so sad at the end.
