This is another flash version of tic-tac-toe. The graphics are simple, but you can tell everything apart. The difficulty is very easy as you noted the computer is not the smartest.

This is my version of Tic Tac Toe. The computer isnt the smartest, I think id like to make a set of little games next. Was my first game of this sort.
Update- Theme, smart computer, and sound. That might help a bit?
A great classic
I love the interface I do think this could use some sound to it though, its fun Cant go wrong with some tic-tac-toe and you have presented some nice game here a classic as tic tac toe is always fun you added some small extras that make this somewhat more exciting but I have to say this was a great classic game remade so nice job on this one.

I dunno why, but I laugh when I play this...my computer is a complete retard at tic-tac-toe, apparantly, where it can kick my a** at chess any day. A.I. could use some improvement, and although it's a lot of work to get something like this working, the game itself is rather quite simple and therefor equally - no offense intended - boring. Either way, pretty good work. I don't know jack f**k about scripts and A.I., so I really couldn't help you much. Helluva lot better than anything I could do, I'll give ya that...
