UPDATE: Just so you all know, a sequel IS planned, but it's still very much up in the air. It's going to be a collaboration with my good friend Fanewgie, and most everything will be drawn, but drawn sort of in a sprite style, like what I did with Plantette Prime. Speaking of Fanewgie, you should all go check out his latest movie here:

Hello, NG folks! It's been a while

This is the first movie I've made in over a year, and I'm excited to say this will be my last sprite movie for a long long time, perhaps ever, so I'm going out with a bang. I pushed myself to the limit for this one... Took over 4 months! It's a lot more than "just a sprite movie" as you'll see by the final parts of the movie ;)

Anyway, this is basically a Pokémon battle involving countless other video game mainstays, mainly Mega Man characters. This has been toted as "The Smash Brothers of my movies" since almost every character I've ever used in a sprite movie got a spot in this flick. I really gave this movie my all, it shows off all of my talents. I've even used this as the bulk of my portfolio for admission into the Art Institute Of Seattle!

All I ask is that you watch this with an open mind. I'm aware a lot of you guys hate Pokémon with a passion, which is perfectly fine. This isn't pro- or anti- Pokémon, it's just a parody. So I ask that you please watch my movie and judge it fairly.

With all that said, enjoy it! =D

Additional Credits:
Sprites from Sprites,Inc and The Shy Guy Kingdom
Sounds are mostly from Sonic & Knuckles, Breath Of Fire, or Super Smash Bros Melee
Music's from: Pokémon, Kirby 64, and Rob Zombie (Heh.. it sounds funny to list them like that)

*EDIT* and hey, just to clear things up, I am NOT done making movies! =P Just sprite movies.

That's was unbelievable!!! Way too awesome!!!

fast and furious

graphics - were amazingly well put together and I only hope more follow suit the furture of sprite usage maybe animation was really quite flawless

Sound - Music was good nicly ripped, and the sound effects were one of the best parts of this movie so many sound effects I could recognise some I thought long and hard about where I heard them ... guess it shows how old I am :)

Structure - Moved at a perfect pace easy to follow and some of the events really show the immense scale of power well
Story - ok bit pointless but fun to watch

Humour - Hit and Miss area this some moves are really good and funny (computer game related ones mainly not basic attacking ones ) the whole prime thing was good idea lol are they the sound effects from the actual metroid prime i heard?
Some of the moves could have been improved upon but hey cant all be perfect the diablo thing at the end was hilarious and the pace of the movie really helped the comedy.

Overall great has its problems but overcomes them with smooth flowing charm

Great, Great, Great movie! I was a Pokemon fan, then got bored of it, but this makes me want to play it more! Awsome Movie! 5 Thumps Up! (Only if i had that many thumbs!)

Well now...

I've always been a fan of your stuff - most notably because of your Heatman series and the fact that you're one of the last people on the planet that remembers Dynamite Headdy. ;P
I'm sorry to find out you're thinking of no longer making spritemovies.
Ohwell, there's a lot to be said for regular animating as well, huh. ;D
I hope you'll find as much, if not more joy in making something different with your talents, then when you did with your previous movies.
Speaking of talent.
This movie is, in one word, Awesome.
The cameos were plentiful, the effects were spectacular, and the humor was comedy gold.
I don't know much else to say about this, but... well done. VERY VERY well done, I'm most seriously putting this in my favorites.
Good luck on future endeavors. =P
