I kinda like it
I may not know much of animations but i think you need to work more in the sprites or something, maybe add more sounds, but i liked the music.

this is my first attempt to a sprite animation, so if you have any comment how to improve it, let me hear, kay...
the sprites may an bit crappy, that is because i didn't know how to import them correctly

Not bad
Pretty good for your first. But if you used the brake apart function on your sprites, then you need to erase those black outlines. I can see the white box around Megaman a bit. Then at the beginning the animation was a bit choppy, so work on that. The fps rate is also not perfect. The crater in the wall did look nice. Your bg's are a bit boring when compared to the colorfull characters. Then when they blast of a wall in the building you can see the sky wich is unlogical, and one of the lines dissapears from the building. You need to work on Roll, her appearance is a bit choppy and when you zoom in in the second scene she is a bit unclear(try clicking the smooth button. The movement Of the characters in the flying scene is a bit boring by loopin their movement. Try to randomize it and make it look like they are attempting to dodge the bullits. Then your self made city and explosions look fake. Do research on that are and make a more real city not like the powerpuff girl one type you have now. And like i said work on the explosions. Then using a picture of an explosion at the end without any animations costs you style points. And use sfx.
The important stuff:
1. better bg's
2. sound fx
3. don't use pics
4. work a bit better on your self made effects.
5. Work a bit on the characters.
Other comment: Pretty good movie for your first, but you could do better.

I thought it was decent for a first-time Flash animation. I won't say anything about the sprites since you've already stated that you figured them out. I thought the crater in the wall that Mega Man made looked pretty nice. It's also good to see Roll kicking some ass once in a while. Bonus points for using Hunter vs Hunter. ;D
