People still seem to use this tutorial, better check out _ULTIMATE TUTORIAL 2_, it also covers this subject.

My second tutorial. It's how to make a simple game. It's only for beginners (but you already have to know a little bit about flash)
Please put it in the review if you found something in the tutorial thats not correct. And review if you have any tips for me. Note: The may be a few grammar/spelling foults in this tutorial, but thats because i'm not english. Hope you like my new tutorial!

Help

I've downloaded Adobe Flash CS3 Pro trial. When I opened Action Script 3.0 I was not able to copy and paste codes! Is this because I have the trial version?

Like I say all da time

Your tutorialz rule and you should keep making them. You are one of the reasons I like coming to NG day after day. I am a flasher in training so you inspire me to keep going. Thank you so much. 2 thumbz up d('.'d)

Action script for enemy

When I put in the action script for the enemy it just moved and stoped an didnt follow the player

Excellent Tutorial

Is that version 5 or 4?
Either way, this is OOOOLD and outdated, but suprisingly more insightful than most of the modern MX or CS3 tutorials out there.

Very well done.
