Final Fantasy Gil Quest

After many months of endless flash animating it is finally finished, my third Flash movie on Newgrounds! This baby is over 15 minutes long so don't be surprised if you find yourself waiting a while. For those of you that don't know, Gil is the money currency in the Final Fantasy series. I hope everyone had a great holiday season, and enjoy the movie! My next movie will be called Final Fantasy; Doomed, keep an eye out!

I kinda missed Tonberry's knife, but the b*tch slaps or snap jabs worked well enough. I kinda Have to admit, it is funny enough, but wow... the violence, the horror... the, short lil' moogle. Why does Tonberry work with Cataur again? I kinda feel bad for him. Olsen Twins, KILL!! Love the catch phrase.

I love this movie.

I love this, and the other two in the series.

Graphics - Looking back at the first movie you can see that you're really improving with each you make. I'm glad you re-did the Cactuar graphic, he looks exactly how he should now. If the graphics quality keeps increasing like this you'll have some very high quality looking movies.

Sounds - I kind of agree with some people that the quality of the sound isn't 100%, but what is there is nice. You do a brilliant voice for Cactuar, exactly as he should sound! The music you have in there fits the mood well, too.

Violence - Explosions, Cactuar being ran over, Cactuar being punched about 30 times. More slapstick than anything, but good stuff.

Interactivity - Scene selection was nice, and a preloader which is always good. Not sure what those Cactuar pictures were all about (just an easter egg, maybe?).

Humor - This, to put it simply, is the funniest movie I've seen. You don't resort to cheap abusive jokes, but use genuinely clever material. Cactuar is obviously the star of the show, but Tonberry has his moments (Getting a Chocobo Licence requiring doing that awful mini-game from FFX, for example). I'm also liking the jokes that get carried over, like that Lawnmower and the "I summon Ifrit!" thing which is destined to never work.

I can't wait for Final Fantasy; Doomed. Keep up the good work!

This movie was truely awful. Too long to be so unfunny and too cliche. I mean, what was even the point of even using a cactuar and a tonberry? There was barely any Final Fantasy oriented humor. I'll stick with Legendary Frog...

That was Brilliant!

you got a great sense of stupid humor I loved watching this one, and the animation got better
