If this is episode 5, where are the previous 4? And any other following ones? They just... arent here! hmmmmm. Ah well, Some flaws I see in this, the dog is too big, Amanda should be a bitch because she is rich, Amanda wears a Polka-Dot dress, Amanda sounds like she is 25, the dog is too ugly, the dog sounds like a guy but is adressed as she, and when the dog runs he looks like a retard.
It appears these have already been brought up, but this is all just emphasising the problems of the movie.

A children's cartoon?

This little cartoon thing has the potential to turn into something really good, but from watching this I was sort of repelling. The idea of a kid with a magical pet is interesting, and that's a cartoon a kid would enjoy seeing. But this girl is rich and from I can tell has no flaws. How boring is that? A more unfortunate kid with a magical dog would be more appealing. Underdog stories are usually a hit.
Plus I just thought the style of the characters was not attractive. Then again, I'm not really attracted to girly themes anyway.
Your style and plot need some major work.
