i liked it but a few minor problems when the guy stops at the orphanage the ground keeps moving what da hell? and the other problem is U CANT JUMP BULLETS!!!!!!!!!

Hey, ur new @ this, so i'll go easy on u. First of all, using stick figures is fine, pros do it too, so u have nothing to worry about there. As for ur animation itself, however, you still need some pointers. ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO ALL ASPECTS OF THE MOVIE!!! During the chase scene, the guy stops @ the orphanage BUT THE GROUND KEEPS MOVING! also the bullets in the shooting scene only appear when they reach the person! the overall movie is pretty good and great for a first submission, but you have to pay attention to this stuff. when working a flash movie, remember, the devil's in the details! hope this helps.
