Heh. Haishao like.
At first, plain white background and all, I thought it might be a bit of a disappointment. But, upon seeing not only the beautiful flash-katana (traditional swords used for ninjutsu were shorter than katanas by about eight inches and straightbladed, but who keeps up with ninjutsu nowadays, anyway? Can't blame you) and the witty one-liner "I swear if this is not important, I will cut you into a square", I knew everything was going to be just dandy. The animation was wonderful, the fight scenes very entertaining, and, most importantly, there's acctually a story. And a right fine one for a flash series, I might say. Also, I've seen the rest of the series, as well, and I'll have to say.. they made my week. Absolutely spectacular, you don't deserve my praise, but rather my thanks for making these.
The only faults I see in it were a few problems relating to weaponry, which, as a devout martial artist, I take, perhaps, a little more highly than others. As in- spears were used for thrusting rather than throwing, iia jutsu draws were used by repeatedly resheathing a sword, then drawing and cutting, and, finally, shuriken were used to complement swordplay. You cleared almost all of these problems up by episode three, though, so no worries. I loved this series, so, therefor, I love you, too. ^_^
