It's OK

The graphics are pretty good, but I think the text definetly needs work, it's moves a little to fast in the beginning making it hard to read. I'd like to see more episodes though because you can't improve unless you keep trying. Good job!!

It's decent...

It's a fairly typical production. There were some instances where you could have used the camera differently (i.e. scrolled forward when Zero was standing at the far right). It's also, well, very short.

I'd be more interested if I could see more of it. The font isn't too bad, but you should try using something that's less "wireframe"-y. Maybe Fixedsys (it's the original computer font, looks kinda appropriate) or the Megaman font if you can get that. Also, as long as we're ripping on Megaman, you might as well include a text box. It would definitely make it easier to read... the one thing I had real trouble with was when Zero Future spoke, and that's because of the background.
